The School of Psychology invites nominations and applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professors in Industrial-Organizational Psychology - People Analytics and Workforce Sciences.
Successful candidates will conduct cutting-edge research leveraging technology and data to enhance the human condition at work, teach and excel in graduate and undergraduate education, and have the potential or proven ability to secure external funding. They will collaborate effectively within and beyond the School of Psychological and Brain Sciences, while embracing a global outlook, showing a strong sense of leadership, and demonstrating a commitment to service, qualities that empower them to make a difference to the field, the Institute, and the world. Candidates will also contribute to the growth of the School's graduate and professional education offerings in people analytics and workforce sciences.
The anticipated start date is August 2027.
